Life360 is seeking a Sr. Stock Plan Administrator to own our global equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs on the roadmap.

You will scale processes, develop communications, and educate employees while collaborating with Finance, Legal, and HR teams. The role requires extensive public-company experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex data across multiple jurisdictions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of stock administration experience at a U.S. public company.
• Experience launching ESPP and scalable stock programs.
• Strong attention to detail with data integrity.
• Experience automating manual processes.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and evolve the global equity compensation program.
• Process option exercises and RSU vesting.
• Manage the capitalization table and reconcile records.
• Maintain equity data in Fidelity and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate mobility tax treatment for equity vesting.
• Deliver prompt service to equity participants, including executives.
• Develop employee education materials and trainings.
