Responsibilities

• Serve as the field escalation focal point between customer and division.
• Provide technical support and documentation to field engineers.
• Support installation, operation, calibration, service of hardware/software.
• Generate system performance data and MTBF/Availability metrics.
• Lead review of ECOs and communicate to the field.
• Present at customer level and ensure field implementation.
