Job summary

SCRG APAC, a U.S.-based firm with global operations, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth from a remote location. You will build strategic relationships with potential customers worldwide and lead consultative staffing and services engagements in the engineering and manufacturing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales in manufacturing or supply chain consulting.
• 7+ years to penetrate new targets and convert cold leads.
• Ability to sell contracts > $100k USD per sale.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and exec presentation.

Responsibilities

• Generate target list of qualifying companies.
• Drive new business acquisition and diversify portfolio.
• Own full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine offerings and pricing.
• Log activities in CRM and report weekly.
• Work cross-functionally with recruiting and ops.
• Build consultative relationships with C-level and VPs.
