Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales, sales/partner enablement, or learning and development.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with enthusiasm for training.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content design and delivery.
• Collaborative mindset across product, sales, and channel partners.
• Willingness to travel for partner events and training.
• Ability to translate knowledge into engaging learning experiences.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver engaging training programs for internal sales teams and partners.
• Support product updates and launches by enabling sales and partners.
• Co-facilitate global programs, primarily virtual, with occasional London office sessions.
• Leverage AI tools to build training content and resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs, product, marketing, and sales to translate knowledge into learning.
• Apply instructional design principles to accelerate content development.
• Shape scaled partner training strategy and cadence.
