Qualifications

• 15+ years legal experience in business and transactional law in technology.
• 10+ years managing large complex software and SaaS transactions.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to prioritize and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer negotiations and deal management on a global basis.
• Partner with sales team to manage deal pipeline and delivery.
• Support other commercial transactions and M&A integration activities.
