Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead reliability programs across a global network of manufacturing sites and distribution centers.

You will translate the SEMP framework into site-level actions, drive PM optimization, condition monitoring, RCFA, and KPI reporting, and coach site teams to achieve reliability goals. You will partner with ERA, Operations, and AI & Digital Enablement to standardize practices, deliver data-driven improvements, and support capital planning for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of reliability, maintenance or asset management experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on condition monitoring: vibration, oil, thermography.
• CMMS experience for asset management and PM planning.
• Knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization and RCFA.
• Ability to manage multiple site engagements and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments using ERA framework.
• Develop and implement PM optimization plans using RCM principles.
• Lead condition monitoring deployment: vibration, oil, thermography, etc.
• Execute Tribo Program: Tribo Scorecards and lubrication plans.
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions.
• Build/update failure mode libraries and maintenance tasks in CMMS.
• Perform fleet management assessments and identify lifecycle interventions.
• Support capital planning with asset condition inputs.
• Drive CMMS data quality and reliability KPI reporting.
• Coach site teams to improve PM discipline and reliability ownership.
