Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to drive site-level reliability programs across a global network, including asset criticality, PM optimization, and condition monitoring. The role leads cross-functional teams, mentors site engineers, and travels domestically and internationally to execute improvement plans.

You will own RCFA investigations, develop fleet‑level interventions, and contribute to network reliability analytics, reporting to the Director, Global Reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on with condition monitoring tech (vibration, oil analysis, thermography).
• Experience with CMMS asset management, PM planning, work orders.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments and PM optimization using ERA framework.
• Lead condition monitoring deployments including vibration analysis and thermography.
• Drive Tribo program at sites and track lubrication improvements.
• Perform RCFA investigations and close corrective actions.
• Develop fleet management plans and spare parts strategies.
