Jobgether is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator based in the United States to help build and scale high-quality hiring operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate complex, multi-stage interviews across global teams.
• Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Partner with recruiters on daily recruiting operations including interview planning and scheduling workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and interviewers.
• Identify inefficiencies and develop scalable workflows, templates, and automations.
• Use recruiting technology to optimize coordination and maintain data accuracy.
• Help manage interviewer capacity and scheduling processes to keep hiring on track.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and troubleshoot scheduling challenges independently.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Operations to improve tools and processes as the function scales.
• Continuously reduce manual work and scheduling friction for candidates and teams.
