Jobgether is assisting a partner company to fill the Director, GTM & G&A Recruiting role based in the United States. You will lead global hiring for Revenue, Marketing, and General & Administrative functions, shaping strategy and building a high-performing team.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage recruitment operations, and apply data-driven methods and AI tools to improve outcomes. You will also stay hands-on for select senior GTM searches.

Formación

• 10+ years of GTM recruiting experience with 5+ years in people management.
• Experience recruiting across global GTM functions including Revenue and Marketing; G&A recruiting is a plus.
• Experience in both startup and large-scale organizations.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Data-driven, metrics-oriented approach to recruiting strategy, performance, and operations.
• Experience partnering with senior executives to align TA with business priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify process challenges and implement scalable improvements.
• Commitment to protecting company and customer data; experience with AI tools in daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and directly manage the GTM and G&A recruiting team.
• Partner with GTM and G&A leaders, People Partners, and C-suite stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs.
• Design and improve recruiting strategies for Revenue, Marketing, and G&A.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and implement solutions.
• Track and report recruiting performance to executives.
• Manage critical requisitions, focusing on senior GTM leadership roles.
• Explore and implement new recruiting approaches and tools.
• Ensure data protection and responsible use of AI in recruiting.
