Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Director, Global Project Management to partner with a Global Project Leader in guiding cross-functional development programs. You will plan scope, budget, schedule, and resources, and monitor risks to keep projects on track.

You will drive alignment across pre-clinical to commercial phases, report on KPIs, and ensure regulatory adherence while leading teams through complex drug development programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences with 8+ years project management experience.
• Deep understanding of global pharmaceutical development processes across the lifecycle, including cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Project Leaders to drive strategic core-team discussions.
• Maintain up-to-date project plans and timelines and identify/resolve risks to keep development on track.
• Ensure consistent, quality communication with key stakeholders to deliver timely information.
• Act as escalation point for project-related issues.
• Support Project Management Office initiatives and act as an organizational change agent.
• Evaluate and promote project management best practices across teams, including Planisware.
