Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Development to shape the clinical/medical strategy across phases of drug development. You will ensure CDPs and trials align with GCP and regulatory requirements while guiding cross-functional teams globally.

You will oversee external partnerships, study budgets, and analytic interpretations, while maintaining external relationships with KOLs and regulatory authorities, traveling up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• MD degree required with minimum 5 years of clinical drug development experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience leading large, multi-country development programs.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and knowledge of GCP/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical development strategy for assigned indications/areas.
• Design CDPs and ensure trials meet clinical, regulatory and commercial objectives.
• Manage external partners (CROs, vendors) and budgets; oversee contracts and invoices.
