Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Global Project Management to lead cross-functional development projects from planning through lifecycle management. You will partner with Global Project Leaders to ensure alignment with corporate goals and deliverables.

You will drive risk assessment, resource planning and decision-making with stakeholders across clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams, while advancing PM best practices and reporting on project performance.

Qualifications

• Masters degree with 8+ years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• In-depth understanding of global pharmaceutical development processes across small molecules, biologics, and/or gene therapies.
• Experience supporting a Project Management Office and harmonizing PM methodologies (Planisware).
• Strong leadership, influence without direct authority, and excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic discussions within cross-functional core teams.
• Maintain up-to-date project plans and timelines and identify risks.
• Communicate with stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate information.
• Serve as escalation point for project-related issues.
• Support PM initiatives and act as an organizational change agent.
