Job summary

Qualifications

• MD with minimum 5 years in clinical drug development in pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading large, multi-country clinical programs.
• Strong knowledge of early- and late-phase development and regulatory processes.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical development strategy for assigned indications.
• Design and optimize CDPs; ensure clinical/commercial objectives are met.
• Manage CROs, vendors, and budgets; monitor contracts and invoices.
• Oversee safety, biostatistics, and regulatory submissions coordination.
• Build external relationships with KOLs and academic consortia.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
