Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience leading 80–100 resources.
• Deep experience in electronics industry or related sectors.
• Ability to navigate a multi-stakeholder environment and deliver results.
• Strong understanding of financials, profitability and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Take full delivery accountability of multi-geo programs with revenue up to $50M.
• Manage programs supported by a team of program managers; track key metrics and report to executives.
• Track, flag and mitigate program risks.
• Develop and sustain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee and verify contract performance.
• Manage project financials and revenue recognition for profitability.
• Devise and execute strategies for incremental margin improvement.
• For new deals, define delivery model, plan, governance and identify risks; shape the business case.
