Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years in a security industry related position.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated successful history of Project Management leadership including leading multiple simultaneous projects for a minimum of two years.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects using appropriate methodologies.
• Develop project plans, scopes, schedules, and requirements; determine scope, effort, time frame, funding, staffing.
• Create sub-plans such as communications, quality assurance, resource, procurement, and deployment plans.
• Manage project issues, risks, change requests, and stakeholder communications.
• Set expectations with resource managers regarding allocation and performance.
• Ensure QA/QC processes are in place and followed.
• Execute project closeout activities and turnover to operations.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure successful project delivery.
• Report on key metrics including customer satisfaction.
• Lead definition, execution, and delivery of project deliverables.
• Identify and share lessons learned to improve delivery quality and reduce costs.
• Coach and mentor new team members.
• Support other groups as needed.
