Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible project management experience on complex systems or professional services.
• Experience managing national/global/strategic account relationships.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs for regional and global accounts, coordinating across areas.
• Support customer-service level functions for project opportunities and renewals.
• Maintain accountability for schedule, budgets, and performance across projects.
• Lead kickoff meetings, develop plans, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Field Support to align plans and metrics.
• Engage with account teams to pursue ESP opportunities and improve service quality.
