Securitas Technology is seeking a Program Manager in Cincinnati to lead national and global accounts, coordinating across Sales, Service, and Field Support. You will manage multi-million-dollar programs, ensure on-time delivery within budgets, and drive strategic initiatives with account teams.

The role requires a BS/MS in a technical or business field and a track record of leading complex projects and maintaining strong customer relationships for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs for national and global accounts and enterprise customers.
• Coordinate with Installation Managers, Directors, Sales, Service and Field Support.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within the Securitas Technology framework.
• Ensure schedules, milestones, budgets and acceptance criteria are met.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and drive improvement plans.
• Engage with account teams to explore future ESP opportunities.
