Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Senior Global Product Line & Marketing Manager to lead the Cable Backplane Systems portfolio. You will oversee a team of Product Line Managers, drive app-based product roadmaps, and manage cross-functional execution across global teams.

The role requires strong financial acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to translate market needs into actionable product plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or business leadership within electrical or electronic manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing product management or product line teams
• 5+ years of experience building relationships with direct customer interface
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, pricing, margin management, and ROI evaluation
• Proven ability to lead global cross functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility for application specific programs, including revenue growth, margin expansion, and bookings performance
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Line Managers, setting clear performance objectives and accountability standards
• Develop and execute the application strategy, including defining and implementing product roadmaps and go-to market plans
• Translate market and customer needs into product definitions and prioritized development initiatives
• Expand share within existing strategic accounts
• Partner with Sales and Field Application Engineering to maximize design wins and customer penetration
• Negotiate major customer agreements and support executive level customer engagement
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure successful program launches and operational excellence
• Drive capacity planning alignment and operational strategy
• Forecast bookings and revenue, manage pricing strategy, and evaluate capital investment ROI
• Travel domestically and internationally, including travel to Asia, for customer visits and factory engagement, willing to travel 30% or more
• Provide regular program status and performance updates to management and executive leadership team
