Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or business leadership within electrical or electronic manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing product management or product line teams.
• 5+ years of experience building relationships with direct customer interface.
• Experience in high-speed interconnect, cable solutions, or related industry preferred.
• Demonstrated experience owning or managing a product line with financial accountability.
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, pricing, margin management, and ROI evaluation.
• Proven ability to lead global cross functional teams.
• Strong technical aptitude combined with business acumen.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility for application specific programs, including revenue growth, margin expansion, and bookings performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Line Managers, setting clear performance objectives and accountability standards.
• Develop and execute the application strategy, including defining and implementing product roadmaps and go to market plans.
• Translate market and customer needs into product definitions and prioritized development initiatives.
• Expand share within existing strategic accounts.
• Partner closely with global Sales and Field Application Engineering to maximize design wins and customer penetration.
• Negotiate major customer agreements and support executive level customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure successful program launches and operational excellence.
• Drive capacity planning alignment and operational strategy.
• Forecast bookings and revenue, manage pricing strategy, and evaluate capital investment ROI.
• Travel domestically and internationally, including travel to Asia, for customer visits and factory engagement, willing to travel 30% or more.
• Provide regular program status and performance updates to management and executive leadership team
