Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement to own cost structures, savings, and supplier relationships across apparel and other categories. You will lead category strategy, run competitive RFPs with international partners, and develop clean-sheet costing to achieve near should-cost pricing while ensuring supply continuity.

You will collaborate with merchandising, materials, and production teams, leveraging AI tools to analyze scenarios and drive scalable, transparent procurement

Qualifications

• 8+ years of global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail apparel environment.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Experience cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Technical aptitude for leveraging AI-powered platforms to conduct scenario analysis and automate procurement tasks.
• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Experience in apparel, soft goods, or home goods strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Category Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap and vendor distribution strategy to improve margins as Quince scales.
• RFP Ownership & Execution: Structure and run end-to-end bidding to secure optimal cost and terms with manufacturers.
• Clean Sheet & Buy Plan Approvals: Create component-level cleansheets to drive pricing transparency and optimal cost.
• Upstream Sourcing: Partner with Material Manager and vendors to align on material benefits in costing.
• Value Creation: Identify opportunities to reshape the supply chain and extract new financial value beyond traditional sourcing.
