Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Paveway Europe Integration within the Air Dominance SBU. You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with international customers, and drive program execution across engineering, contracts, finance, and manufacturing.

You will manage risk, prepare program reviews, and ensure alignment with IPDS and contractual requirements. The role requires readiness to travel domestically and internationally and to obtain a DoD security clearance within a

Qualifications

Requires bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
Experience with factory production of military hardware and delivering to international customers.
Proven leadership as a program manager or functional leader.
Experience managing, tracking, and reporting metrics through EAC reviews.
Experience overseeing production hardware and related processes.
Ability to obtain an active U.S. government security clearance within 1 year of start date.

Responsibilities

Execute daily PM cadence (battle rhythm) including risk reviews, schedule, performance management, and reviews to meet contract commitments.
Prepare and monitor required documentation and analysis per contract requirements and IPDS policies.
Directly support program risk and opportunity processes aligned to financial goals.
Meet contractual commitments across financial, technical, and schedule performance.
