Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Paveway Europe Execution Program Manager in the Air Dominance SSBU, reporting to the Associate Director. You will lead a cross-functional team across engineering, contracts, finance and manufacturing to deliver production and platform integration on international programs.

The role requires a track record in program management, international collaboration, and the ability to obtain an active U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree and minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Experience with factory production of Military Hardware and the subsequent delivery to international customers.
• Experience as leader as a program manager or as functional leader.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily PM cadence including risk reviews, scheduling, and reviews.
• Prepare and monitor documentation per contract requirements and IPDS.
• Support program risk and opportunity processes aligned with financial goals.
• Meet contractual commitments for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Build relationships with customer counterparts and IPTs/CPTs.
