Job summary

RTX is seeking a Global Patriot Ground Program Integrator to support the Patriot Ground Product Line. You will liaison between leadership and PMOs, driving contract execution across development, production, and scheduling, while enabling proposals and strategic planning.

The role emphasizes product-line optimization, affordability, and disciplined program management across cross-functional teams. Onsite in Andover, MA with potential travel and security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in program management across complex defense programs.
• Experience with action item tracking tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across IPTs, CPTs and PMOs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the GP Ground Product Line Senior Director and IPTs, CPTs, and PMOs to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Support proposals, ARs, and strategic planning with emphasis on product line optimization and affordability.
• Apply disciplined program management processes to ensure schedule, budget, and technical performance.
• Collaborate with IPTs, Sub-IPTs, CPTs, and Program Management teams to drive execution.
