Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced International Program Manager for the CIWS program to lead international initiatives and manage lifecycle activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, business development, and customer groups. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective global collaboration.

You will interface with international customers, mitigate risks, and drive program success while maintaining cost and schedule targets. U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience.
• Or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7years’ experience.
• Prior experience in program/project management.
• Prior leadership/management experience.
• PM Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain Certification within a year.

Responsibilities

• Manage international programs, ensuring alignment with both program and company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for global projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the execution of project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders, customers, and partners through significant international visits.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
• Ability to travel internationally, as required.
