Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the PS Global Patriot Spain program and collaborate with RTX OEM partners worldwide. You will manage the program lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance, ensuring contract requirements are met and coordinating proposals and budgets.

This onsite role requires leading a cross-functional team across domestic and international locations, driving risk-reduction plans, and guiding program execution to meet objectives while maintaining

Qualifications

• Typically a university degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• PMP or Raytheon Program Manager Level 4 certification or able to obtain within 6 months.
• Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) certification.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program cost, schedule, and technical execution with P&L and AOP responsibility.
• Drive the entire proposal development process from pursuit to start-up, including gate approvals.
• Manage risk and opportunity processes, planning, assessment, and reporting.
• Identify new business opportunities and allocate resources to achieve revenue growth.
• Lead a matrixed, cross-functional and geographically dispersed team across domestic and international locations.
• Collaborate with internal partners across Raytheon.
• Travel domestically and internationally ~10%.
