Job summary

Raytheon (RTX) seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the Paveway RUK Execution Program within the Air Dominance SSBU. The role is based onsite in Tucson, AZ, with international coordination and a focus on cross-functional leadership.

The successful candidate will manage a cross-functional team, sign EACs, prepare program reviews, and drive continuous improvement. A DoD Secret clearance is required, with relocation not offered for this position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience.
Experience with factory production of military hardware and delivery to international customers.
Experience as a program manager or functional leader.
Ability to obtain an active U.S. government security clearance within 1 year.

Responsibilities

Execute daily program cadence including risk review boards, schedule, performance management, and reviews with customers.
Prepare, revise, and monitor documentation in compliance with IPDS and company policies.
Support the program risk and opportunity process to meet financial goals.
Meet contractual commitments for financial, technical, and schedule performance.
Build relationships with customer counterparts and cross-functional teams; coordinate reviews and program lifecycle artifacts.
