Job summary

TriNetX, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead key Pharma and CRO accounts from a remote US base. You will drive adoption, engagement, and growth, focusing on renewals, net revenue retention, and expanding use cases.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders internally and externally to scale TriNetX’s data-driven clinical research solutions. You will work closely with delivery, data management, and solutions teams to ensure client success, while managing relationships with clinical,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in key account management.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and RWD/RWE.
• Proven success in sales and renewals with growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of named accounts as primary contact.
• Drive adoption of TriNetX within member organizations.
• Drive retention, expansion, and upsell through new use cases.
• Build relationships with multiple decision-makers across accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans for expansion and metrics.
• Coordinate with delivery and data teams for client success.
• Provide feedback to improve products and processes.
• Track account health and renewal risks in Salesforce.
• Represent TriNetX at client meetings and industry events.
