RedSail Technologies, LLC is seeking an Account Manager, Pharma Accounts to own and grow a portfolio of key pharmaceutical accounts. You will cultivate executive sponsor relationships, coordinate complex contracted programs, and align strategies with each customer’s priorities to drive retention, measurable value, and sustainable revenue growth.

Proven success managing key pharmaceutical accounts, including complex programs and renewals.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills for executive stakeholders.
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities using account data to evaluate value and renewal decisions.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsabilités

Foster strategic relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders across pharmaceutical accounts.
Lead account plans with objectives, risks, growth opportunities, and renewal priorities.
Coordinate contracted programs and drive cross-functional execution to meet commitments and ROI.
Identify expansion opportunities and align with RedSail solutions to grow account value.
Own renewals and retention by forecasting renewals and negotiating terms.
