Horizon3 AI is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to drive core HR functions and global expansion. You will lead a team, evolve the operating model, and scale the People Operations infrastructure to support international growth and a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in HR/Business.
• Demonstrated global HR/People Operations leadership across regions.
• Experience establishing foreign entities and EOR transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global market-entry strategy with Legal, Tax, Finance teams.
• Manage international EOR vendor relationships and contracts.
• Oversee global HR tech stack, payroll, benefits, and data security.
• Design localized total rewards and country-specific benefits.
