Job summary

UFORCE, a defence-technology company with operations across the US and Europe, is hiring a Senior Payroll and Benefits Specialist to own payroll processing and compliance for our workforce across the US and Europe. You will be the main contact between the company and our US EOR provider and international payroll advisors (UK, US, Poland, Portugal, Estonia, Germany).

For European entities that run payroll locally, you will receive their payroll data, keep one accurate record of who sits on which

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance/HR.
• Direct UK payroll and credible US payroll exposure required.
• Experience with benefits and pensions administration across countries.
• Payroll migration or move to in-house processing preferred.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets, cross-country data handling.
• English fluency and ability to coordinate with external providers.

Responsibilities

• Run UK and US payroll cycles from start to finish with accuracy.
• Consolidate payroll data across Europe and the US into group reports.
• Own benefits and pension schemes across all operating countries.
• Lead payroll migration initiatives and data migrations to in-house platforms.
• Develop SOPs, controls, calendars, and knowledge-base materials.
• Coordinate with external EORs and payroll advisors to meet deadlines.
• Respond to employee pay, pension, and benefits inquiries confidentially.
