Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Staff Partner Engineer to lead the delivery of innovative payment solutions for a global customer and partner base. You will work with customers, partners, Product, and Engineering to drive deployment, adoption, and impact across the ecosystem.

We are looking for 8+ years of IT/software experience, with a track record of delivering for large organizations, deep networking and financial services knowledge, and hands-on software development capability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT/software proven experience
• Experience delivering software solutions at global organizations
• Strong networking principles and financial services knowledge
• Leadership and collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Hands-on software development experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Onboard, partner, and implement Ripple's solutions with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to bring new products to market and refine requirements.
• Serve as the functional and technical expert to achieve business objectives.
• Lead design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions.
• Break down objectives into tasks and guide internal and external resources.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from training to launch support.
• Guide customers/partners to maximize benefits from implementation.
• Travel to customer/partner locations as needed (20-30%).
