Job summary

Ripple is seeking a senior delivery leader to guide the implementation of payment solutions for enterprise customers and partners globally. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into market-ready features and facilitate deployments across diverse environments.

You will manage the full delivery lifecycle from planning through launch, while traveling 20‑30% to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/software proven experience.
• Delivery with major global organizations and industry groups.
• Ability to enable real-world, global use cases with new technologies.
• Strong understanding of network principles and financial services networks.
• Experience with institutional crypto custody solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ripple and its ecosystem dynamics aiding problem solving.
• Excellent teamwork and stakeholder engagement to build trust.
• Experience driving software integration engagements as the go-to person.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering to bring new products/features to market and translate customer requirements.
• Handle enterprise-scale customers and partners independently.
• Serve as functional and technical specialist to achieve business objectives for customers and Ripple.
• Drive design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions.
• Break down objectives into tasks, and guide internal and external resources.
