Job summary

As a delivery-focused leader, you will guide project teams, manage the full delivery life cycle, and help customers achieve maximum benefits from their implementations. Travel of 20-30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT/software proven experience.
• Experience delivering software solutions for global organizations.
• Strong understanding of network principles and financial services networks.
• Ability to enable real-world use cases with new technologies and innovative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, partner, and implement Ripple's solutions with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to bring new products/features to market and refine customer requirements.
• Serve as the functional and technical specialist to meet business objectives of customers and Ripple.
• Drive design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions.
