Qualifications

• Experience delivering software solutions and driving customer engagements.

• Strong communication and collaboration with product/engineering teams.
• Hands on software development experience and integration leadership.
• Past experience in enterprise delivery for large institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, partnership, and implementation of Ripple solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to bring features to market.
• Act as the go-to technical/functional expert for customers and partners.
• Direct design, deployment, and usage of new solutions.
• Break objectives into tasks and guide internal and external teams.
• Own delivery lifecycle from training to launch support.
• Help customers maximize benefits from implementation.
• Travel to client sites 20-30% when travel resumes.
