Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead capacity expansion projects across the Global Fulfillment network. You will coordinate POR-to-execution plans, align six+ partner organizations, and ensure on-time delivery with business outcomes.

You will oversee life-cycle phases from design to launch, partner with Capacity Planning and Engineering Design, and report progress to senior leadership while driving process improvements for scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• 6+ years of leading large complex programs experience.
• 6+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience.
• 6+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for a portfolio of fulfillment center projects from POR approval through design, construction, automation deployment, and launch.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and stakeholder alignment across 6+ partner organizations by facilitating weekly alignment meetings, managing planning-to-execution hand-offs, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Manage schedule integrity across the portfolio by reviewing proposals for milestone schedules and coordinating with vendors on details.
• Proactively identify, elevate, and mitigate risks that impact project schedules with recommended mitigations.
• Report on program status to Senior Leadership, planning, and execution teams with the network tracker and inputs on resource planning and data.
• Improve PMO processes by driving efficiencies and scalable delivery approaches.
