Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to drive capacity expansion across the Global Fulfillment network. You will manage project life cycles from planning to launch, coordinate with Capacity Planning, Engineering Design, Procurement, and field teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead weekly alignment meetings, manage milestones, and report progress to senior leadership while supporting PM tools and processes. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in complex problem solving and tight schedules.
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience delivering end-to-end delivery and reporting to senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly alignment meetings on network projects and updates.
• Coordinate milestones with Real Estate, Capacity, Capital, Design, Startup, Robotics.
• Review proposals for milestone schedules and track progress.
• Maintain the Engineering Project Tracker and resource tracking.
• Escalate delays and support hand-offs from planning to execution.
