Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to own strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for faster-than-Same Day services. The role requires deep understanding of fulfillment, inventory flows, and capacity planning, with leadership to drive 2025 targets.

You will lead capacity modeling across North American SSD facilities, partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Design, and influence senior leaders while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve R2L goals.
• Gathering and analyzing data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations and other cross functional teams
• Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities
• Developing Amazon best practices for internal operations
• Leveraging analytics to support the future state of the business
