Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager to drive capacity expansion across the Global Fulfillment network. You will manage project life cycle, coordinate with Capacity Planning, Engineering Design, Procurement, and field teams to keep initiatives on schedule and ready for launch.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and clear communication to senior leadership, with a focus on risk mitigation and milestone execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
• Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate/run weekly alignment meetings on network projects.
• Partner with critical planning teams on project milestones (Real Estate, Capacity, Capital, Design, Startup, Robotics).
• Review Material Handling and Storage proposals for acceptable milestone schedules.
• Update/maintain weekly network Engineering Project Tracker, and support Resource tracking.
• Drive/follow up on milestone level delays, support build plan presentations, coordinate with Real Estate/Robotics/vendors on First Access details.
• Initiate/facilitate major project kick-offs and support hand-off from planning to execution teams.
• Escalate milestone level project issues that are impacting schedules.
• Report on engineering project updates to Senior Leadership.
• Provide inputs and support on PM tools and processes.
• Miscellaneous support tasks (Project Data, Reporting, Whitepaper inputs).
