Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Capacity Planning in Austin, TX. You will own demand-supply balancing products, set long-term strategy, and collaborate across teams to scale last mile delivery solutions.

You will lead with data-driven decision making, drive roadmaps, and manage tradeoffs between time-to-market, cost, and partner experience, while ensuring a high-quality delivery platform for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year product vision and strategy to meet the needs of various businesses we support.
• Develop and manage high quality product roadmaps to realize the product vision.
• Manage prioritization and trade-off between regulatory constraints, time to market, cost, scale, and delivery partner experience.
• Create program goals and related metrics, track progress and own business reviews with business leadership and key stakeholders.
• Evangelize product vision among multiple Amazon teams and influence them to deliver on specific capabilities needed to accomplish team’s goals.
• Work closely with engineering, science and other stakeholders to build and innovate in this space.
