Job summary

Equinix seeks a Sr. Analyst, Global Ops Excellence to partner with global stakeholders, gather requirements, and drive data-driven process improvements and technology solutions for product delivery across data center operations.

You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage UAT, craft executive-level reporting, and rollout scalable solutions with a focus on automation and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in a related technical field.
Ability to work independently across multiple projects with ownership.
Data-driven mindset to translate metrics into insights.
Comfort with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions and pilot execution for initiatives.
Own business direction, prioritization, and product roadmaps.
Manage multiple workstreams balancing priorities and delivery.
Drive process improvements and modernization, bridging business and technical teams.
Develop communication strategies for stakeholders during deployments.
Perform UAT execution, design test cases, and track progress.
Create executive-level reporting and leadership updates.
Collaborate with regional teams to align global support structures.
Translate business needs into clear requirements for delivery.
Maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
