Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of modern talent acquisition and talent practices.
• Strategic thinking with a willingness to get close to the work.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead across organizational boundaries.
• Experience shaping technology-enabled change with technical teams.
• Experience in talent operations, recruiting operations, HR transformation or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate ITS strategy into a global operating model with defined ownership and interfaces.
• Lead priority cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption and measurable results.
• Design and continuously improve end-to-end talent processes.
• Establish practical global standards, service expectations and governance.
• Represent ITS as the business owner for the talent technology roadmap.
• Identify and scale automation and AI opportunities to remove low-value work and improve decisions.
