Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Deployment to lead regional data center deployment teams across the US East Region. The role drives customer deployments, readiness activities, and operational excellence with a focus on scalable execution and stakeholder alignment.

The position requires senior leadership experience, strong program governance, and the ability to influence across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Construction, Product Management, Network Engineering, and Supply

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in technical deployment, infrastructure delivery, project management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence across functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional data center deployment teams to deliver customer implementations and data center readiness.
• Drive governance, risk management, and performance oversight for deployment programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and other functions to meet regional goals.
• Own budgets, resource planning, and portfolio prioritization for deployment initiatives.
• Escalate and resolve complex customer and deployment issues at the regional level.
