Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Starlink Global Operations Lead to join the team driving cross-functional decision-making and long-term planning for Starlink. You will gather data, model business scenarios, and guide resource planning across verticals while collaborating with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 1+ years experience abroad or working with operations outside of the United States.
• 1+ years of experience with data/analytical tools (e.g. Microsoft Office applications and/or Excel modeling).
• Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to define and manage a project independently.
• Experience with SQL and creating/managing dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and coordinate with external providers for tax and e-invoicing documentation.
• Guide planning and resource management for Starlink verticals and business models.
• Identify initiatives to improve Starlink’s outlook and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Analyze impact of proposed business decisions with stakeholders.
• Lead process and system enhancements to improve handoffs, customer experience, and scaling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and external coordination.
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
