Job summary

Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, seeks a Product Leader to shape the future of its Global Omni-Commerce payments experience. You will manage a global team of Product Managers, set the vision and strategy, and translate it into execution with cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in payments tech, a proven track record in large-scale platform delivery, and a hands-on, market-driven approach to delivering secure, compliant omni-channel payments solutions.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of product management experience in payments or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years in payments technology with 10+ in card payments/merchant acquiring.
• Ability to lead across the full product lifecycle from vision to launch.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology transformations in cloud-native environments.
• Deep knowledge of Omni-Commerce market and payments acceptance landscape.
• Technical expertise in APIs, SDKs and modern integration methods.
• Familiarity with Jira, VersionOne, Confluence, and Aha.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or another technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define & coordinate a multi-year strategic global Omni-Commerce vision.
• Drive roadmaps, architecture, prioritization and cross-functional execution.
• Break vision into milestones, craft roadmaps & OKRs, manage trade-offs.
• Use metrics and competitive analysis to inform direction.
• Ensure PCI and regulatory compliance across platforms.
• Lead cross-functional groups guiding Omni-Commerce capabilities.
