Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen the reliability and performance of its global network.

You will serve as a senior SME, guiding incident response and technical decisions across multi-site environments. Based in a 24x7 operations setting, you will mentor junior engineers, drive improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in enterprise networks and data centers.
Experience with incident and problem management in large-scale networks.
Strong knowledge of core network domains, routing, switching, data center networking.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day incident and problem management for major network issues across global environment.
Serve as a senior SME across two or more core network technology domains.
Coordinate bug fixes, design changes, and code upgrades with engineering teams.
Act as primary interface for customers and stakeholders on operational issues.
Coach and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to build skills.
Contribute to leadership tasks including workload coordination and service improvements.
Plan, track, and manage infrastructure utilization to optimize delivery and resilience.
Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
