Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join the Network Services team in the Corporate Sector. You will combine deep technical knowledge of network technologies with AI-enabled workflows to drive strategic initiatives.

This role requires experience in campus and WAN, Wi‑Fi design, and ability to communicate risks and options to C-level stakeholders while delivering secure, compliant infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infra engineering concepts and 5+ years applied expertise across campus and WAN domains including extensive enterprise wireless experience.
• Able to respond quickly in high-visibility environments and interact confidently with C-level leaders, translating technical issues, risk, options, and impact into clear business language (verbal and written).
• Strong troubleshooting and operational rigor using structured methods (root‑cause analysis, packet captures, wireless analyzers, log interpretation), and producing actionable post‑incident documentation and prevention plans.

Responsibilities

• Applies deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies focused on analyzing complex data and systems, anticipating issues, considering upstream and downstream implications, and advising on mitigation actions
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate analysis of complex infrastructure signals and documentation of mitigation options, validating outputs and handling operational data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
• Works with other platforms to architect and implement changes required to resolve issues and modernize the organization and technology processes
• Drives results and implements multiple complex programs
• Drives thought leadership within the product line
• Responsible for infrastructure engineering in accordance with business requirements and executes work according to compliance standards, risk and security, and business objectives
• Leads reuse-first adoption of AI-assisted practices across delivery and automation routines to reduce recurring issues, ensuring changes are validated, traceable and auditable, and aligned to resiliency and security expectations.
