JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer within the Corporate Sector's Network Services team in New York. You will apply deep technical expertise across network technologies, software, and processes, leading initiatives across multiple technologies to drive programs and improvements.

Experience with large-scale Wi‑Fi design, enterprise-grade AI validation, and strong communication with executive stakeholders is required.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years across campus and WAN domains incl. enterprise Wi‑Fi design, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Ability to present technical issues, risk, options and impact to C-level leaders in clear business language.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational rigor using structured methods and post-incident documentation.
• Knowledge of hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation, scaling, resilience or performance.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support infrastructure workflows with validation and data-sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI recommendations before implementation, ensuring resiliency, security, and auditability.
• Adept in specific infrastructure tech and programming languages.
