Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering with 5+ years' experience.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise network services and global interdependencies.
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, LAN/WAN, security, load balancing, and data transport.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production networks, incident management, and lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Lead global incident and problem management for network issues, minimizing business disruption.
• Act as SME across multiple network domains, providing advanced troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on fixes, design changes, and upgrades.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders for timely resolution and clear communication.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team performance processes.
• Plan infrastructure utilization to optimize reliability and cost.
• Create technical docs and runbooks for operations.
