Job summary

National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa. seeks a Multinational Client Executive to lead and grow its multinational portfolio, managing an assigned set of Tier 1 and Tier 2 programs.

You will collaborate closely with product underwriters and distribution to ensure superior service and program delivery. The role focuses on proactive service delivery, stakeholder coordination across the multinational model, and guiding design and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial insurance experience, preferably client servicing.
• Strong knowledge of multinational programs, including reinsurance.
• Experience with senior client personnel / risk managers.
• Proactive client service and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage multinational service delivery for the assigned portfolio and ensure client experience.
• Coordinate communications and project management across stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders across Multinational Business Model and AIG.
• Lead design and delivery of multinational programs with underwriters and distribution.
• Support timely issuance of local policy and invoice documentation meeting SLAs.
• Engage with claims and underwriting to secure compliant documentation and program design.
