Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial insurance experience, preferably client servicing.
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs.
• Experience with multinational corporations and senior risk managers.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs.
• Collaborative with ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multinational service delivery and client experience.
• Coordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Provide guidance to Multinational Business Model and AIG teams.
• Lead day-to-day service delivery, ensuring timely policy and invoicing documentation.
• Partner with Product Underwriters to manage facultative reinsurance documentation.
• Escalate and monitor to meet Multinational SLAs.
